Instantly felt like Family, a REAL FAMILY, a FAMILY that looks and treats you as if you were one of them! They Love what they Do and you can feel The Love they have for their customers! They Even Run a School, and as a former Educator, I know you have to have a Generous Heart in order to share your knowledge and time! I hate spending money, I'm not Cheap, I just like to squeeze out the best deal I could possibly get, and I trust my spirit to let me know when I'm being oversold; There was none of that here, no manipulative upsall tactics, just Honesty, and Reassurance that they're Confident, and will do their Best, and won't give you more than you need! If I sound redundant, so be it, it's for Emphasis, their Service was phenomenal, and if you're still reading this review, STOP wasting your time looking around for a mechanic that isn't going to Treat you like FAMILY, Make an Appointment before your car GETS WORSE! They PERFORMED on my 2017 Lincoln MKZ HYBRID; They REPAIRED things on my car, that other Shops Couldn't! If a shop says they can't do it, then I don't want them TRYING on MY CAR, I DON'T NEED ANY NEW PROBLEMS!

I brought my car here, and after picking up. My water pump broke. This place intentionally broke my water pump and cost 1000.00 in repairs. This shop is no good.

Come on man, truck came to the shop with a very loud noise, was inspected, water pump is about to fall, person says help please, low income etc, we didn't charge a cent for the inspection, customer says he just wants to find a buyer, two days later 1 star review, really? we just didn't see it coming, good luck and hope you find peace within you.

It’s hard to find a place to have your car serviced that checks all the boxes. This place did just that. They took great care of my ford escape. I initially went to check my a/c, which they did an inspection for no charge. They found other things wrong with the car so I gave permission to fix them. They keep you updated and even show you the cost and fees before they work on it. They even lowered some of the costs for the service in the end so I ended up saving hundreds of dollars. I fully recommend this place.

I was traveling from Tennessee to Fremont, CA when my 2014 Forester’s clutch failed. I searched the area and found Aztek nearby with great reviews. Although the shop normally operates by appointment, Katie was able to take me in. The repair was completed in just one day. Throughout the process, Katie kept me informed with calls and texts, and she even followed up afterward to make sure the car was running well and that I made it home safely. I want to thank Aztek for the excellent repair that kept me from being stranded in California, and a special thanks to Katie for her outstanding communication.

UPDATE: Several years later I needed two axels replaced on my Subaru. This shop left a great impression on me last time and again this time. I don't think I'll let anyone else in town touch my car moving forward. They got it done in one day and at a reasonable price. Their mechanics took turns diagnosing the issue because we didn't quite know what the problem was, but in the end, they hit the nail on the head. My Subaru is driving smoother than it has in the past 2 years. Thanks again Aztek! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was my first time using this shop and I am very happy with the service I received here. They were courteous, prompt, and the mechanic showed me problems with my own eyes instead of just telling me. I dropped my car off in and the work was done by the next day. Immediately I drove 1000 miles to Wisconsin and even played around on some rough roads out there. After driving home everything on my Subaru is still in perfect order. Thanks Aztek!

Honest and straightforward repair place. Told me some services I requested weren’t needed and why and I appreciate the honesty. I had the transmission fluid replaced anyway. Pathetic! I was having battery problem for my car. I took my car there and they told me I have to replace the battery for $3000. I said ok but then I decided not to go ahead. They charged me $580 for returning the battery again and $350 for diagnosis. And the funny thing is that the car is not even repaired. Very bad experience and il never trust them again.

I absolutely reccomend this place for all kinds of car services. They worked on my Saab 9-3 and did an amazing job fixing electrical and mechanical issues and helped me with extra problems for a really decent price. As someone with a problematic car, I would absolutely reccomend aztek for any and all kinds of car repairs. They are honest and generous and keep their word. 10/10.

My friend got his oil changed and basic check. It was $140 for conventional. I am surprised how much oil changes have increased in cost. I used to do my own synthetic oil change every 10k miles on my own. Cost me $30 for all supplies.

I went to this place To do smog check citation class for 8 hours. And I had to call so many smog check Schools around the Bay Area and no one helped me but friend refer to this school he went and When I reach out to Mercedes at the front desk over the phone she was super nice and took me in in the same week and helped me to finish my 8 hours smog check citation class. Roberto as a instructor was very professional very nice person fun and talkative. Katie was another person who also help me to reach out to Mercedes and all the staff everybody there who work at this location are very helpful people. and I’m so glad that I found this place such a nice people and I would recommend anybody whose looking for smog check level 1 level 2 Or a citation class This is place to go. Thank you Roberto Mercedes and Katie for helping me to finish his 8 hours class. 🙏

Great experience with Aztek. My car died a couple blocks away and they helped jump my prius to bring it in. Katie explained all the problems and texted updates during repairs. I'll definitely be coming back for all routine maintenance.

I had been using Aztec for repairs of my cars several times and they were okay. This review is about my last job two services experience. The people at Aztec are nice, but this review is about the work performed. In short for those two visits, the work performed was in doubts (e.g., poorly installed gasket brought up by another shop), poor advise (e.g., contacted smog referee of my car without my consent), and both services added up around five thousand dollars.

After I replaced my spark plugs on my 2008 G37, I was unexpectedly surprised to find a puddle of oil in my spark plug cylinder. I usually like do do my own work but it was a bigger job than I can handle. The valve cover gaskets and the spark plugs o-rings needed to be replaced on both sides. That’s not the hard part…. It’s what you have to take off to get to it. I found Aztek auto online called and made an appointment they scheduled me for a Monday. I told them what the issue was and to my surprise they said they would have it done the same day. Honestly, I didn’t think it would be. They called me 4 hours later and said come pick it up, it’s done! Their customer service is great! And their shop is very clean. The service tech explained what he did and also told me that I need to change my oil more often. Which I’m truly guilty of. I’m glad I finally found a shop I can trust!

Took my gmc for transmission work got a great price for a whole new transmission plus warranty for a year. Quality work and great service starting with the front desk Mercedes!! Definitely would recommend this to a relative or friend and it's definitely my go to shop for any auto repair I need. Turn around time for the job was fast besides waiting on the transmission to be shipped.

A few months ago they inspected my air conditioning system and said that it had NO leaks and that it only needed a recharge of freon. They charged it with freon and the air conditioning blew cold air. I recently had them replace my starter and spark plugs. They charged me $150 dollars for only 4 spark plugs. Did not include spark plug wires only 4 spark plugs. 4 spark plugs costs less than $20 but they charged me $150! When I picked up my car I turned on the air conditioning because it was a hot day but my air conditioning system did NOT blow cold air. The owner said that I had a leak in my air conditioning system. I rarely drive the car and just a few months ago they said that there was no leak in the air conditioning system. The owner said well some people don't need air conditioning because the heat doesn't bother them. But this is not the point. The point is my air conditioning system was working when I dropped my car off but after they got under the hood the air conditioning system is not working anymore. Aztec Automotive has lost my trust and my business.

I've been to this place many times ever since a good friend of mine recommended them to me. My friend recommended them to me since he used to work there in high school and told me the owner does good work and values his customers. The only thing was that he told me they were a little pricey. I took his word for it and don't regret it at all. I've had a lot of work done here, from oil changes to general maintenance, but the biggest job was replacing a good amount of my suspension. If I'm being honest with myself, these guys ARE a little expensive. HOWEVER They are always great at what they do. Fantastic, quality work and even the ladies up front are very nice. Even when I pull up the mechanics smile and say good morning. There were even times I was out of state yet they were able to communicate with me while my car was at the shop. I've always had positive experiences here even though having to go to a mechanic in the first place is stressful. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you love your car and want only good work done to it. You definitely get what you pay for and that includes peace of mind which can be hard to come by in regards to mechanics.

Excellent service, as usual! I have an old car with 220k miles. I received pictures of 'problem' areas after inspection and during a call discussed the plan of action. Staff members provided detailed explanation about needed repairs and what needs to be done now and what is not urgent and can wait. This helped me to plan my budget and spread costs, avoiding non-critical repairs/services that can be done later.
